A suspect has been arrested in the shooting death of Eastman Police patrolman Tim Smith on Saturday night.
The suspect, 24-year-old Royheem Delshawn Deeds, was arrested in Nassau County, Florida.
According to USA Today, “The Georgia Bureau of Investigation [GBI] said Smith, 31, was killed when he got out of his patrol car and confronted the suspect while responding to a 911 call about 9:30 p.m. Saturday.” – READ MORE
