A building in downtown Houston exploded Monday afternoon, heaping more pressure on emergency crew trying to rescue victims of Hurricane Harvey.
A video of the fire from an eyewitness shows flames bellowing out of an attorney’s office in Houston, according to local reports. There is no word as to whether flooding from Harvey caused the explosion.
One of the six deaths attributed to the tropical storm came from a house fire in Rockport, Texas, Mayor Charles J. Wax said in a news conference Saturday. The victim was found after the storm passed inland, Wax said at the time.

Houston officials, meanwhile, claim that rescue workers have rescued 2,000 people hold up in buildings and homes battered by Harvey. They have worked tirelessly to rescue victims since Friday when the hurricane began slamming the coast as a Category 4.
Officials with the Federal Emergency Management Agency told reporters that they expect 30,000 people to be housed in shelters as emergency crews continue piecing together the extent of the damage.
