President Donald Trump tosses paper towel rolls into a crowd of Hurricane Maria victims in a viral video from his visit to Puerto Rico Tuesday.
He and First Lady Melania Trump stopped at Calvary Chapel in San Juan, where Trump handed out food to residents before throwing the rolls of paper towels out one by one.
