President Trump on Friday night touted a ruling from a federal judge in Texas striking down the Affordable Care Act as unconstitutional, saying congressional leaders should now focus on crafting a new health-care law.
“As I predicted all along, Obamacare has been struck down as an UNCONSTITUTIONAL disaster! Now Congress must pass a STRONG law that provides GREAT healthcare and protects pre-existing conditions,” Trump tweeted.
“Mitch and Nancy, get it done!” Trump added, referring to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) and expected incoming House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.).

U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor, an appointee of former President George W. Bush, ruled Friday that ObamaCare’s individual mandate is unconstitutional and that because the mandate cannot be separated from the rest of the law, the rest of the law is also invalid. – READ MORE
