The mayor of Rockport, Texas, is advising residents who aren’t evacuating to write their names and Social Security numbers on their arms.
“We’re suggesting if people are going to stay here, mark their arm with a Sharpie pen with their name and Social Security number,” Rockport Mayor Pro Tem Patrick Rios said at a news conference Friday morning, according to ABC News.
