Establishment Republicans have already shunned Alabama Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore after multiple allegations of sexual misconduct, and while the president hasn’t yet spoken definitively on the issue, the first daughter didn’t mince words.
“There’s a special place in hell for people who prey on children,” said Ivanka Trump, according to The Associated Press. “I’ve yet to see a valid explanation and I have no reason to doubt the victims’ accounts.”
President Donald Trump has not made a judgment about Moore’s guilt or innocence, but the White House said Trump believes that if the allegations are true, Moore should drop out of the senate race.
