Defamation allegations against longtime Trump confidant Roger Stone were cleared Friday.
New York gubernatorial candidate Warren Redlich had filed a case against Stone and claimed the Republican consultant was the person who initiated a 2010 campaign mailer that called him a “predator” and a “sick twisted pervert.” Stone won the case in the Manhattan Supreme Court Friday.
The jury agreed the content of the mailers was defamatory, but did not believe there was evidence to suggest Stone was involved with the mailers. – READ MORE
