Remember This? Lauer on Trump’s Access Hollywood Tape: New ‘Low,’ ‘Final Straw’ (VIDEO)

Apparently, fired NBC host Matt Lauer doesn’t have any concept of self reflection. If he did, the man now accused of gross sexual misconduct and harassment might have pondered his own actions while slamming Donald Trump over the infamous Access Hollywood tape. On the October 13, 2016 Today show, he talked to analyst Nicolle Wallace and demanded, “You said that that Access Hollywood tape might be the low, might be the bottom, might be the final straw.”

Speaking of Trump’s vulgar language in the Access Hollywood tape, the now-fired Today host chided, “Is this the final, final straw in this campaign?” This coming from the man who allegedly sexually assaulted an NBC staffer during the 2014 Olympics. The Daily Beast is reporting this is not an isolated incident.

Yet in 2016, Lauer breezily reported on accusations against others. On October 13 of that year, he opened the show by trumpeting, “Let’s get right to the state of the race. Just 26 days until the election. At lest four women have come forward accusing Donald Trump of improper behavior, including kissing and groping.”
