After being told on Monday’s “With All Due Respect” that Clinton is 20 points behind Obama’s 60% support among young voters, Plouffe said, “That’s a problem, not just a campaign problem, that’s a problem.”
Plouffe believes the debates will help because it will provide “energy” to volunteers.
“The best way to get a Millennial — and listen, there’s a bunch of 18, 19, 20 year olds that didn’t vote for Barack Obama because they weren’t eligible. You’ve got to have a human being talk to them.
“They’re not just going to do it because they see an ad,” Plouffe puffed.
