Iranian President Hassan Rouhani defended the embattled 2015 nuclear deal between his country, the U.S. and its allies, saying that President Trump could not reverse it.
“In the nuclear negotiations and agreement we reached issues and benefits that are not reversible,” Rouhani said at Tehran University on Saturday, according to Reuters. “No one can turn that back, not Mr. Trump or anyone else.”
