If you were waiting for the last D.C. elite shoe to drop on the Roy Moore scandal, House Speaker Paul Ryan was happy to oblige.
Ryan, who has been relatively quiet on the growing Moore saga, minced no words Tuesday weighing in on the embattled Alabama candidate for U.S. Senate.
Speaker Ryan said that if Roy Moore "cares about the values that he claims to care about, then he should step aside."
