Fox Business News host Lisa Kennedy said Monday that she enjoys Rep.-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez‘s (D-N.Y.) tweets and Instagram livestreams because they show “how empty-headed she really is.”
“And her brain is as empty as socialism itself and the ideas that she pushes,” she added while hosting the Fox News show “Outnumbered.”
Ocasio-Cortez is a self-described democratic socialist.
Ocasio-Cortez, who unseated veteran Rep. Joseph Crowley (D-N.Y.) in the primaries, has become a well-known progressive figure even as an incoming House freshman.
