A professor at Georgetown University, who recently went on unplanned research leave, referred to Fox News employees as “terrorists” earlier this week on Twitter, continuing her brand of using demeaning language to castigate those on the right.
“When your plane lands late, you and your colleagues are met on the tarmac, and ferried to the Presidential Palace for an intimate dinner with the president,” tweeted Carol Christine Fair, an associate professor in Georgetown’s security studies program. “Thanks Fox News Terrorists! My colleagues want you threaten their universities so they can get paid research leave too.”

Following the tweet, The College Fix reached out to Fair for comment on what she meant by “Fox News Terrorists,” which prompted her to write a blog post in the form of a letter responding to reporter Zach Petrizzo.
