An Irish bookmaker took a $5 million hit Wednesday, paying out a small fortune to gamblers who took a chance on Donald Trump.
In October, gambling site Paddy Power doled out nearly $1 million in bets on a Clinton victory after a series of embarrassing stories by Trump made the Democrat’s victory appear to be a sure thing.
