WATCH: Dianne Feinstein Says She Has Not Seen Evidence Of Trump-Russia Collusion

A top Democratic member of the Senate Intelligence Committee says she has yet to see evidence of collusion between Donald Trump advisers and the Russian government.

“Do you have evidence that there was in fact collusion between Trump associates and Russia during the campaign?” CNN’s Wolf Blitzer asked California Sen. Dianne Feinstein during an interview on Wednesday.

“Not at this time,” she responded.

“Well, that’s a pretty precise answer,” Blitzer said.

Feinstein’s directness is in contrast to other Democrats who have implied that there is evidence of collusion between the Trump team and the Kremlin. California Rep. Adam Schiff, the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, has said he has seen “more than circumstantial” evidence showing coordination. Last month, California Rep. Eric Swalwell, another House committee member, said “there is evidence of collusion.”

Both intelligence committees, as well as the FBI, are investigating Russia’s actions prior to the election, including whether Trump advisers coordinated with the Kremlin.

On Tuesday, Feinstein and her committee colleagues were briefed at CIA headquarters about Russia’s meddling in the presidential campaign.

Earlier on Wednesday, Feinstein attended a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing where FBI Director James Comey was pressed about the investigation. He provided few updates about the Trump-Russia probe.
