CNN praised itself for helping Hurricane Irma victims connect with their families Wednesday morning, while Floridians pick up the pieces in the wake of the storm.

Co-host Chris Cuomo said people had come up to the CNN crew asking for help finding their families. The network then ran clips of Cuomo handing off a cell phone to the victims, while filming their deeply personal reactions. Some broke out in tears. – READ MORE
