A crazed man just learned two hard lessons: Don’t mess with FDNY firemen. And don’t try to hijack one of their fire engines.
Bad ideas.
A man tried to hijack a truck from FDNY firefighters during an emergency call on Sunday and FDNY made sure his plan was foiled.
The man, apparently driving a rental truck, was driving erratically prior to the fire truck incident.
The individual’s name has not yet been released.
He was apparently admitted to Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan.
