Terry Crews is taking legal action against WME agent Adam Venit, who he claims sexually assaulted him at a party in February of 2016.
The 49-year-old actor came forward with the allegations in October following the bombshell reports that brought Harvey Weinstein down. However, it wasn’t until now that Crews filed legal documents against his alleged assailant.
Crews originally detailed the alleged incident in a series of tweets, but didn’t reveal the name of the man who groped his privates. The actor did note that he wanted to “kick his a** right then,” but reconsidered saying that nobody would have believed him and he would have ended up in jail.
