Snowfall In The Sahara Silences Global Warming Narrative
The theory of global warming has suffered a devastating setback this week courtesy Mother Nature, who for whatever reason chose to pepper the Sahara desert with snow.
But this was not just any ordinary snow. It was in fact the first snow the desert had experienced in 37 years, according to the U.K. Independent.
“Everyone was stunned to see snow falling in the desert — it is such a rare occurrence,” said amateur photographer Karim Bouchetata, who happened to be present in the region Monday as the snow hit near the Algerian town of Ain Sefra. “It looked amazing as the snow settled on the sand.” – READ MORE
