Gov. Rick Scott announced on Thursday night that he and the National Republican Senatorial Committee filed a lawsuit against the Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes.
The NRSC and Scott accuse Snipes, who has served in her role since 2003, of failing to provide information about outstanding ballots that had yet to be tabulated.
Snipes has gotten jammed up before for tampering with ballots to ensure Democratic victories.
.@FLGovScott just referred to Broward and Palm Beach voting officials as a “ragtag group of liberal activists” and essentially said they were creating votes out of thin air — said they’ll “keep finding votes” until they get the results they want.
