In the wake of former Mass. Gov. Mitt Romney’s visit with President-elect Donald Trump on Saturday, Vice President-elect Mike Pence Sunday said Romney is being looked at for a major role in the Trump administration.
That Trump would meet with and might bring aboard Romney was both praised and condemned in political circles and was denounced as “a total head fake” by one Democrat.
“I can say that Governor Romney is under active and serious consideration to serve as secretary of state of the United States,” Pence said Sunday on Face the Nation. – READ MORE
