The end of the epic collision between Alabama Senate candidates Roy Moore and Doug Jones is extremely close as Tuesday’s election looms.
The nation’s collective eye has been fixed on Moore as he has battled sexual misconduct allegations for weeks. Now, citizens nationwide are once again faced with controversy surrounding the race, and it’s Jones who’s on the receiving end of some harsh criticism.
In what appears to be blatant attempt to play the race card to garner black votes in Alabama, the Jones campaign sent out a mass of flyers with the following text:
“Think if a black man went after high school girls anyone would try to make him a senator?”

Below the text, as you can see, a young black man is pictured with a comical look of disbelief on his face.
