Appearing on “Fox News @ Night” on Friday, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) called upon President Donald Trump to “break” Democrats in Congress when it comes to border wall funding now — or risk a “terrible” 2019.
“After the caravan, if you don’t see the need for more border security, you’re blind,” Graham told Fox News’ Shannon Bream.
After stressing the need to fund the president’s proposed border wall, the senator suggested that Democrats are holding out on the issue due to their dislike of Trump.
“I think Democrats hate Trump so much, they want him to lose even though it would be good for the country to work with him on border security,” he said. “And if he doesn’t break them now, it’s going to be a terrible 2019. So Mr. President, dig in.”- READ MORE
