Police found “#2 BETTER LUCK NEVER” spray painted Monday morning on a “Johnny Reb” Confederate statue in Virginia.
The vandal spray painted the phrase in red on the Norfolk, Va. monument between the hours of midnight and 3 a.m., reported DelmarvaNow. A vandal also defaced the statue with “SHAME” in May.
