Although some Republicans have had enough of special counsel Robert Mueller‘s investigation into the 2016 campaign of President Donald Trump, Senator Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) thinks the probe should run its course — and that it could end well for the president.
Several Democrats, including Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, have made protecting the investigation a top priority.
