Illegal Immigrant DREAMer Accused Of Brutal Rape, Molesting 14-Year-Old On The Same Day
An illegal immigrant and recipient of former president Barack Obama’s Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals (DACA) amnesty program allegedly committed a violent rape that left a woman with severe facial injuries and molested a 14-year-old, all in the same day.
Salvador Diaz-Garcia, a 23-year-old male, allegedly attacked a 19-year-old female near Seattle, Washington, in an apartment complex gym on June 25th Fox News reported Wednesday.
The woman was reportedly left with a broken jaw, a broken nose, and a dangling ear. This wasn’t Diaz-Garcia’s only alleged sexual assault of the day, however, as he is also accused of molesting a 14-year-old female just hours later.
SeattlePi reports that the molestation of the 14-year-old occurred “within a couple of hours of the alleged rape.”
Diaz-Garcia was arrested and is facing rape and second-degree assault charges, as well as child molestation charges.
Diaz-Garcia is in jail and being held on a $250,000 bond.
A recipient of former Obama’s executive amnesty program DACA, Diaz-Garcia was allowed to stay in the country despite being an illegal immigrant, due to the fact that he was believed to have come to the United States when he was a minor.
President Trump campaigned on ending DACA, but has yet to do so. In April, Trump demurred when asked about ending DACA, saying recipients should “rest easy” as it was “a case of heart.”
This story comes on the heels of a number of crimes committed by illegal immigrants.
In July, an illegal immigrant in Geneseo, New York was arrested for allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl in front of a baby.
