Several men from the Central American migrant caravan on Sunday attempted to pry apart some of the United States’ border fencing to enter the country illegally — and they followed this up by throwing stones at our country’s border patrol agents.
As a result, border patrol agents responded by shooting rounds of tear gas to defuse the situation.
Although the tear gas was aimed at the men throwing the rocks, wind picked up some of the gas and pushed it toward those further away.
Controversial comedian Kathy Griffin also responded to Trump on Twitter and wrote, “You evil piece of s***!!!!”
She later tweeted, “These asylum seekers should be welcomed to our country and President Trump should be sent to prison.”
