Former Employee Sues Bill O’Reilly – ‘Serial Abuser’

Former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly is once again facing a lawsuit by a former employee.

Rachel Bernstein, who worked as a junior producer at Fox News, is suing both O’Reilly and Fox for breach of contract, according to a report by TMZ.

The current lawsuit stems from a previous settlement made after Bernstein sued O’Reilly for harassment back in 2002 — the former producer had claimed at the time that O’Reilly was abusive to her.

According to the settlement — which was made at an undisclosed amount — neither O’Reilly nor Fox are permitted to besmirch Bernstein in any way.

However, Bernstein claims O’Reilly broke this non-disparagement clause when the former FNC host issued a statement to The New York Times earlier this year.

“They should release all victims from their NDAs and let the truth out. It is cowardly to publicly attack these women knowing they have been subjected to contractual provisions requiring absolute silence.”

Carlson’s sexual harassment lawsuit against Ailes paved the way for a string of other sexual misconduct accusations by Fox employees that have plagued the news network.

An attorney for O’Reilly, Frederic S. Newman, said in a statement that the lawsuit “has absolutely no merit.”
