Flynn Releases Over 600 Documents To Senate Intelligence Committee

Former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn released over 600 pages of documents Tuesday to the Senate Intelligence Committee that is currently investigating his alleged ties to Russia during the 2016 presidential campaign.

After Flynn chose to invoke his Fifth Amendment rights and not comply with a subpoena asking for  records about his meetings and communications with top Russian officials, he chose instead to submit these 600 documents in response to a separate subpoena.

The documents are mostly business records, but they also include some of Flynn’s personal records, “based on the narrowed requests from the committee,” CNN reported. A congressional aide that works for a member on the intelligence committee spoke to TIME on the condition of anonymity, claiming that investigators are currently reviewing the documents that Flynn released.
