In the latest news on the fake news war — a blatant attack on free speech and independent, alternative media — Facebook announced on Thursday that they’re going to start fact checking, labelling, and burying fake news and hoaxes in the News Feed.
What’s more, they’re partnering with the well known liberal myth debunking site Snopes and ABC News as their third party fact checking sources. Both of which are very shady and completely unreliable in my opinion.
And instead of rolling this measure out across the entire Facebook populace, they’re testing it out on only a small percentage of their users in the United States first. I suspect they’ll subtly roll out the entire totalitarian mass censorship scheme over time so that the average Joe probably wouldn’t notice. – READ MORE
