1. Trump Says He Is ‘100%’ Willing To Testify Under Oath About Comey (VIDEO)

President Trump said in no uncertain terms on Friday that he will testify under oath that he did not ask James Comey to back off of the investigation of former national security adviser Michael Flynn or that he asked the former FBI director to pledge an oath of loyalty.

2. Report: Trump’s Lawyer Will Lodge Complaint Against Comey Over Leaks

President Donald Trump’s personal attorney, Marc Kasowitz, will file a complaint against former FBI Director James Comey for orchestrating a leak to The New York Times in hopes of spurring the appointment of a special counsel.

3. Missile Defense Director ‘Would Not Say We Are Comfortably Ahead’ Of North Korean Threat

The head of the Missile Defense Agency has expressed concerns about America’s long-term ability to defend the homeland in the face of growing threats from North Korea.

4. Bush AG: Lynch ‘Betrayal’ Made DOJ ‘An Arm Of The Clinton Campaign’

The former attorney general under George W. Bush said Loretta Lynch made the Department of Justice “an arm of the Clinton campaign” by instructing then-FBI Director James Comey to mislead the public about the Clinton email investigation.

5. Trey Gowdy Poised To Be New Oversight Committee Chairman

The Republican Steering Committee selected Rep. Trey Gowdy Thursday to be the new chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

If the full GOP conference confirms the South Carolina Republican, he will take over the investigation into President Trump’s decision to fire James Comey.

6. Obama Never Warned State Election Officials Of Russian Election ‘Hacking’

Neither former President Barack of Obama nor any member of his cabinet warned state election officials of any Russian effort to hack or interfere with the country’s electoral systems, according to the president of the National Association of Secretaries of State.

7. DOJ Says Comey Wasn’t Honest In Senate Hearing

A Department of Justice spokesman denied several claims made by former FBI Director James Comey in a Senate hearing Thursday.

“Given Attorney General Sessions’ participation in President Trump’s campaign, it was for that reason, and that reason alone, the Attorney General made the decision on March 2, 2017 to recuse himself from any existing or future investigations of any matters related in any way to the campaigns for President of the United States,” DOJ spokesman Ian Prior said in a Thursday night statement.

10. ISIS Suicide Bomber Strikes Iraqi Market, 22 Dead

A suicide bomber detonated an explosive in a marketplace, killing 22 and injuring dozens more Friday, Al-Jazeera reports. The incident occurred in Musayyib, a Shiite town located about 40 miles south of Baghdad.
