In the final hours of the presidential election, Hillary Clinton’s campaign has sent a cease-and-decist notice to television and radio broadcasters, demanding they stop playing ads produced by pro-Donald Trump super PACs that claim the Democratic presidential nominee is “under investigation” by the FBI.
“These ads falsely claim Secretary Clinton is under investigation by the FBI,” the letter from the Clinton campaign’s general counsel, Marc Elias, reads, according to a CNN report.
