Harvard professor is defending Donald Trump’s plan for “extreme vetting” of immigrants in the face of an outcry from the left.
Writing in Politico Magazine, George J. Borjas, a labor economist who teaches at Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, noted that one columnist called the proposed “ideological” screening “crazier than crazy” while an MSNBC commentator slammed it as “the single most un-American thing I have ever heard in my life.”
