The Senate passed the GOP-sponsored Tax Cuts and Jobs Act early Wednesday morning, amid outbursts of jeers from the Senate gallery and cheers on the Senate floor.
The vote was tallied at 12:42 a.m., passing 51-48.
Senate clerk has read 51 Republican "aye"s in favor of the tax bill. That's all she wrote.
