We know few Americans take Congress seriously and now it appears few in the Beltway do either.
Look at Lois Lerner, Eric Holder, Brian Pagliano and the list goes on an on of folks who have thumbed their noses at Congressional subpoenas or “demands” to testify.
No surprise to see FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe doing the same.
McCabe was supposed to testify today at a House Intelligence Committee hearing but blew it off. Now Congressional official “think” he might show up next week.
Maybe.
Next week.
But who really knows.
Intel Cmte chair Nunes says Hse Intel Cmte will send investigators to DoJ Thursday to do a “scrub” of documents they have pursued since winter.
