[ditty_news_ticker id=”25027″]President-elect Trump will inherit the @POTUS Twitter account that has been used by President Obama on Inauguration Day, his director of social media said Tuesday.
Dan Scavino, who has been named assistant to the president and director of social media in the Trump White House, posted a statement on Twitter saying the account “will be made available to our 45th president of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump, on January 20, 2017.”
“The account will retain its 13 million followers and start with no tweets on the timeline,” it said. – READ MORE
