Trump Picks Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg for National Security Council Post

President-Elect Donald Trump has named Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg as the chief of staff and executive secretary of his National Security Council (NSC), furthering his campaign promise of a much more skeptical view of Islamic ideology.

A Vietnam veteran who advanced to command the 82nd Airborne Division, Kellogg has served as a national security adviser for Trump’s presidential campaign. In addition, he was  the vice president of strategic initiatives at Cubic Corp. The general also served as the chief operations officer for the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq in 2003. – READ MORE
