Donald Trump dug deeper into the archives Friday to point out Hillary Clinton’s complicated history of racially divisive politics, including her infamous “super-predators” comment from the 1990s.
“The Clinton’s are the real predators…” Trump wrote in a tweet linking to an Instagram video.
The video begins with Hillary Clinton in 1996, defending her husband’s controversial crime bill, which has long been criticized for its impact on minority communities with respect to mass incarceration.
“They are often the kinds of kids that are called ‘super-predators.’ No conscience, no empathy, we can talk about why they ended up that way, but first we have to bring them to heel,” Clinton said, before a headline from a New York Daily News interview from April is shown. – READ MORE
