The Trump administration ended a five-year review and approved a proposed pipeline expansion to carry crude oil across the Canadian border.
The pipeline, Enbridge Energy’s Line 67, plays a role similar as the Keystone XL pipeline and carries more oil than Keystone’s 830,000 barrels a day — about 890,000 barrels a day, according to The Hill.
