Secretary of State Rex Tillerson told terrorists Thursday regarding a Barcelona terrorist attack that the United States “will find you and bring you to justice.”
“Terrorists around the world should know that the United States and its allies will find you and bring you to justice,” Tillerson asserted.
A white and blue van reportedly jumped a curb and plowed into a group of pedestrians. Various news services are reporting that 13 have been killed and dozens have been injured, although that number is currently unconfirmed by police.
After the van crashed into pedestrians, one witness saw the driver flee the area on foot. Two men with guns are currently holed up in a Turkish restaurant and police guess that one of them was the driver of the van.
The driver of the van rented another van that police found 40 miles outside of the city, per Sky News.
