Sylvester Stallone: Sexual assault allegations against 16-year-old in 1986 are ‘ridiculous’

Actor Sylvester Stallone denies allegations that he sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl while filming the movie “Over the Top” in Las Vegas in 1986.

“This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone,” a representative for Stallone told Fox News. “At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.”

Stallone, now 71, and his then-bodyguard Mike De Luca allegedly met the accuser at the former Las Vegas Hilton Hotel. De Luca invited the teenager to Stallone’s hotel room. They are both accused of sexually assaulting her. The unnamed accuser claims Stallone threatened to harm her if she told anyone about the incident, according to an alleged police report obtained by The Daily Mail.

‘The copy of the police report is, in fact, a true copy of the original report,” retired Las Vegas Metro Police Department detective sergeant John Samolovitch, confirmed to The Daily Mail. Samolovitch was head of the sexual assault unit at the time. The Mail published the alleged police report on its website.
