Nearly two dozen late-model supercars with defective Takata airbag inflators are now under recall, according to the latest posting by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
What’s particularly disconcerting is how many brand-new exotics made the list despite their manufacturers knowing, for almost two years, that all non-desiccated Takata inflators with ammonium nitrate would have to be recalled.
