EXCLUSIVE: Russian At Donald Trump Jr. Meeting Worked With FBI While Special Counsel Robert Mueller Was FBI Director

The Russian translator at the Trump Tower meeting with Donald Trump Jr. worked with the State Department and the FBI during Robert Mueller’s tenure as Director of the Bureau, according to documents obtained by True Pundit.

Mueller, the former FBI director, is currently the United States Special Counsel investigating President Donald Trump’s administration and White House aides for alleged connections to supposed Russian factions. While Big Media has tried to portray Trump’s eldest son, Donald Jr., as having orchestrated a clandestine meeting with the Russians to attempt to find dirt on Hillary Clinton, few can seem to explain how a person linked to the FBI and Mueller, who was calling the shots for the Bureau at the time, ended up at the very same Trump Tower sit down.

Mueller’s office did not return calls for comment. The translator, Anatoli Samochornov, who also worked for the US State Department until recently, could not be reached for comment either. Former FBI officials with knowledge of the meeting and possible other FBI work performed by Samochornov refused to go on the record.

Samochornov has worked as an intelligence attache and translator for the United States in varying capacities for years. In 2010, while Mueller was FBI Director, Samochornov worked with the head of the New York FBI field office, FBI Acting Special Agent in Charge Lauren Anderson. Anderson worked with Samochornov in his role as “Program Officer” tor the State Department’s International Visitor & leadership program.

Anderson, who is now retired from the FBI, could not be reached for comment, although she has been quoted in the New York Times applauding ex-FBI boss James Comey’s alleged diligent note taking for his alleged memos compiled against President Trump. Anderson worked high profile espionage cases in Europe, Russia, France, and western Africa for the Bureau and ran the global terrorism program of the FBI’s New York Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) before her recent retirement, FBI sources said.

(Source: FBI.gov. The above web page has been condensed for your viewing.)

A web paged archived by the FBI New York Field office shows Samochornov and Anderson. We have saved the original page in case it is scrubbed. While the archived page does identify Samochornov, searching the Russian-born translator’s name via the search bar on the FBI site does not retrieve any results.

Lawmakers and Justice Department officials need to examine what, if any, additional roles or work Samochornov performed for and with Mueller’s FBI. The appears to be yet another glaring question of conflict of interest for Special Counsel Mueller. They are piling up.

Well, it’s just so cozy up in NY with Russians and FBI, isn’t it? Tell me it isn’t a conspiracy to impeach Trump??

  • Abdullah The Sheik of Tikrit

Once Mueller is finished with this case, I’d like to appoint him to the Basra Sharia Court, he would make a fine Inquisitor and Judge. He does not let things like a lack of evidence or conflicts of interest get in the way of his predetermined outcomes. These are fine qualities for Sharia members.

  • Richard Autry

It seem the person hired to bring down Pres. Trump will bring down the Damnocrats.

  • Richard Autry

It’s more than a conspiracy to impeach him. It’s grand collusion.

  • Share some source links. Otherwise this is just fake news. Remember Don Jr et all, still took the meeting regardless.

  • Trump is doing this to himself.

  • A_V

So, when did the president meet with this Russian that is pals with Mueller?

  • low information

What really does one expect? The rich and famous, the elite government men and women and positions are nothing but a Good Old Boys Club. The witch hunt is doing nothing but lining the pockets of already wealthy people. They will not find anything they can actually use to get rid of our President as they are all to closely intertwined to each other. I find it interesting that no one in these high positions of law can tell if a law has been broken. Believe me if some truck driver or bricklayer was arrested for something it would be pretty clear what law was broken, but laws for the rich and powerful that they might break, they are written in such a way as to nullify almost all of them. Donald J Trump is my President thank god!

  • A_V

    Tax payers feeding the shysters.

  • A_V

So he had a meeting, big deal, what happened? What crime was committed? Good grief…the democrats gave up wishful thinking for magical indictment.

So, Don Jr, quits…big deal, president Trump is still president.

  • He had a meeting to get sensitive intelligence from the Russians to affect our election and undermine our democracy. If this had been Obama or Hillary most conservatives would have been screaming for their heads.

This is part of the emails that Don Jr released. https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/f9ad1acbafcb2ab90a545ff8a445b85f0f7a0a3cbf74364690cf5037ce57de3a.png

And the second is the law that speaks to why this was really bad. https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/bbfe1491422c2a5c4818255bff83bb3eb901cdb296ddcf27282a5ae5739ef7e1.jpg

  • 1. Please explain how they’re pals
    2. If you’re not putting 2 and 2 together by now you never will. Guess you’re ok with casual treason

  • Mister Misanthrope

None of that has anything to do with words freely given.

  • Not sure I follow what you mean.

  • ReeFungorio

You should have a lawyer explain what you just posted to you. Those two things don’t have anything to do with each other.

    Funny, though.

  • If you look at both together you’ll see what I’m getting at. Let me explain.

They went to a meeting on the pretense of receiving information that would be bad for Clinton, said information was the product of an ongoing Russian effort to sway the election in then candidate Trump’s favor…and undermine our democracy (That’s what the first graphic shows)

The 2nd graphic shows where in the law it speaks to the illegality of allowing foreign nationals from being involved in an election. Fox News anchors are asking the same questions and coming up with the same answers most people are.

If you think differently please explain it me. I’m honestly curious how you can look at all the information (from everywhere) and not see any problem with this. Thanks

  • Mister Misanthrope

What you quoted refers to substantial support like money, or physical assets that has a monetary value. Potential information is not physical, nor does it hold a monetary value. If that were not the case then it would be illegal to talk to any foreigner for any reason. It would also be illegal for Russian diplomats to attend both the DNC, and RNC conventions. Which they did. It would also be illegal to be in the same room with a foreigner, like the Russian ambassador at a private meeting outside the confines of an official government setting like he did with Nancy Pelosi.

You people are literally hysterical over nothing.

  • It’s weird that Trump supporters aren’t more worried about this.

The stories regarding this meeting have been changed multiple times

Kushner has had to amend his clearance form multiple times (to add about 100 names of people that he had meetings with, to include those in this meeting)

The President lied about when he found out

Don Jr lied about the whole thing, and changed his story more than once

We’re now finding out that there were now 8 people there.

How is receiving foreign intelligence from a geopolitical adversary to help get your side to win an election not troubling?

People at the highest levels in the campaign knew about the Russian efforts, why didn’t they say anything?

Why do they continue to say maybe it wasn’t Russia? Why all the lies?

    Nothing? K

  • knowledgeisgood

Agreed, but make sure he goes to Saddam’s home, their Sharia’s Court could have him, and I’m sure America wouldn’t miss him.

  • Micheal Meyering

I really feel Mueller should step down and the investigation closed. I voted for Trump. I want his agenda to move forward now please! He can drag the DEMocrats behind him like a misbehaving child.

  • tbs

    Hopefully!

  • Rebecca Warren

I really feel sorry for brainwashed Dems who only see the target on Trump’s forehead..surely they have to question why there has been 1,000 different accusations since the election as to Russia + Trump= Dem lose…all with no merit whatsoever! Use your common sense y’all!!

  • The only target is the one that he puts there every time he or one of his surrogates lies about meeting with Russians. No merit would be no investigations and no one having to lie about meetings and who they met with, over and over and over and over again. I’m sorry but those who still don’t see anything wrong or who aren’t at the least concerned need to get out of their bubble a little and stop watching FOX and reading Breitbart

  • silly

I guess you don’t even know what treason is. no matter how you slice its there is no treason. you need to be at war. but your lack of understanding of the law is the same as about 90% of the population so there’s that. you dummies want to get rid of trump so bad you’re going top expose all of the folks ion your party that have done much more with Russia and other governments than trump. and if you do get rid of trump you will get a true right winger in pence. then. you will beg for trump again…
    idiots

  • Rick

Did they also attend the meeting with the Ukranians? Oh…wait…wrong candidate.

  • silly

story never changed. meeting was about adoption. then since someone ILLEGALLY obtained emails, he released emails and story didn’t change they just added the info about why they were originally meeting. this was all a setup to get a FISA warrant on trump after the first one was denied. they are all anti trump. this is all a bs story to cover up Obama Hilary wiretapping an opponents campaign. THAT’S WHAT SHOUL;D WORRY YOU NOT THE RUSSIANS..

  • Fauxmance

Actually Don Jr. doesn’t even work for the government. He is a private citizen. Which means he may have grounds for a “big, beautiful” lawsuit against the NYT.

  • Pluto

The meeting was before MSM started this wishful Russia thing, guess you don’t pay attention to timelines huh?

  • Fauxmance

Nope, not good enough! Hillary received and used sensitive information against Trump that was given to her by the nephew and cousin of two former Presidents of the United States. That is truly unethical if not illegal.

  • K8eCane

well you just brought Hillary Clinton down big time.

  • K8eCane

Easy. There is no problem with a citizen conversing (if he even did) with a foreigner. PLUS I’m sure there are tapes.

  • K8eCane

    AMEN and thank you!

  • K8eCane

because its only troubling if its a republican, right? Hypocrit

  • David

What would it take to charge Mueller with some sort of corruption? Maybe RICO also, bringing in all those hostile lawyers to a tainted investigation. Am not a lawyer, just asking a question here.

  • A_V

Ummmmm…DJT Jr. didn’t get squat…all you got is wishful thinking and a lousy “I’m with Her” tshirt…

  • A_V

Being a victim of a set up and loose language in an email, isn’t a crime. If DJT JR. had contacted the Russian national and started a “deal” with her, I’d agree.

Considering the first DNC SET UP (the dossier) was found to be a lie and set up…it would lead reasonable people to assume pretty much the same.

A “KNOWN” anti-Trump Russian lobbiest, with an agenda, lies to get an audience with DJT JR. and he’s the criminal…

Good grief…but then again, I’m sure you think Hillary is squeaky clean and Bill and Loretta discussed golf and grand kids on the tarmac…

  • charlino

Think about it. Everything so far points to Russia wanting Hillary to win. Putin knew the Clintons could be bought for a reasonable amount of money. That has been proven. Trump, however, was an unknown. Trump had his own money, and couldn’t be bought. Even if he could be bought, he would be too expensive.

  • Duane Kosmicki

Big freaken’ deal pussy whipped loser… LOL afortiori…

  • It’s not because he’s a Republican, I’m not a Democrat, I don’t care about Hillary Clinton. It’s troubling because it’s President of the United States. The cognitive dissonance here is truly staggering. Have fun everyone.

  • We don’t know if he got anything and it doesn’t really matter. He took the meeting knowing that he was going to be helping the Russians. I don’t understand the disconnect with this?

  • Not a Democrat, not a Clinton supporter…was never “With Her”

  • “pussy whipped loser” If calling me that is what you need to feel better about yourself, by all means please you do you.

  • K8eCane

I find the cognitive dissociation staggering. Have fun.

  • Tarri Markel

He took the meeting because she claimed to have physical evidence/ documents of HRC collusion with Russia. An actual crime. Who wouldn’t have taken that meeting. I’d have taken that meeting. There was no quid pro quo, & once the meeting began it was quickly clear it was a bait & switch .. & it was over in 20. That’s the extent, & you really need to look up “Treason” because anyone using that term in connection with this meeting sounds extremely ignorant.

  • A_V

So you admit to wishful thinking…thank you, you can now move on to getting some help with the BERN.

  • Many politicians came out saying that they would not have taken that meeting including many Republicans. When you are offered intelligence from a foreign adversary you call the FBI, you don’t use the information for yourself

  • The difference is that they were US citizens, not foreigners with intelligence from the Russian government. Big difference

  • alenworn

this whole Russian thing is nothing but a sideshow, its the only way dems can cope with their loss

  • alenworn

who cares we won, this is a blood sport, your gal lost, move on

  • Mueller was sworn in as FBI director, Sept 04, 2001 and covered up the crimes of Big Bush, Obombie, Reptillary and Holder until 2013, see

“9/11 Conspiracy Solved, Names, Connections, Details” on YouTube

  • No it’s called governing and representing a country. She wasn’t “my girl”. It’s not about who won and who lost.

  • “CIA and Deep State Conspiracy” at > theMillenniumReport website > the Feral government is a RICO cabal

  • ASouthroninEcosse

If it was even true, no problem, because the right candidate won.

  • NorthStar326326

Never mind conflict of interest… What about Obama/Hillary collusion to set Trump up? Either that or he’s a double agent and they should thank the Trump team for exposing him!

  • CrazyCarolina1

Let me get this straight… an interpreter who’s hired for a meeting that happened in June 2016 happens to have worked for the man who would be named special counsel ten months later… and you all think Mueller is guilty of setting the whole meeting up? So, Mueller, anticipating Trump would win and fire Jim Comey, he would be named to investigate Trump… and he figured sending in one of his old FBI buddies to be an interpreter would be the way to go to help the probe?

  • Fauxmance

No, it is not. In fact, it could be much worse – as two former presidents were engaged in underhanded and potentially illegal meddling (in case the recording of his comments were to have his prior knowledge of be recorded and he was not informed) against a current presidential candidate. The optics on that are extremely bad.

  • Your comparing two different things here. While it’s somewhat normal for former presidents of the US to campaign for candidates it’s not normal or OK for a foreign state to engage in espionage on a candidate and share the product of that espionage with that candidates opponent. When information like this has been offered in the past those campaigns called the FBI. I’m not going to try to defend the Clinton/Rice tarmac things, that stinks bad. These are two different things and both are effed up.

  • James Verdi

I guess Bill Clinton getting $500,000 for a speech in Moscow while Hillary was giving a Russian company ownership of North American uranium must really upset you.

  • James Verdi

I’m honestly wondering why the Clinton Foundation accepting bribes from foreign governments while Hillary was secretary of state and a presidential candidate doesn’t bother you in the least?

  • If that is indeed true. It would definitely upset me. I’m not about political parties, or the Clintons. Guess you’re ok with Russia helping us choose our President?

  • No one has asked me if it bothers me. It in fact if she did anything illegal or unethical it would bother me. But that’s what we’re discussing here. I’m happy to chat about that any time. Don’t think that just because I’m critical of the current President that I’m a Democrat and supported Clinton. Can we just stay on topic or does everyone need to deflect to Clinton?

  • Zaphod Braden

Mueller was probably feeding him secrets to mail to Russia. If Mueller had any Honor OR Ethics he would be long gone.

  • David Adams

You have figured it out. This is all a giant group therapy session for Dems. Shh don’t tell them it will impede the process.Seriously it is a wake up call for the american people as our snowflake children are force fed socialism. BTW we do this every 30 years. This just hidden from most people because they are too lazy to pay attention.

  • L Garou

And the FIB guy turned out to be CIA after all..
    (I knew that)

  • HopalongCassidy

Total setup. Trump needs to fire Mueller now.

  • SoulSearcher

So no proof for anything you say? How can I share?

  • apeman2502

The translator worked with the Mueller FBI? That would disqualify him from testifying in most any case given a fair and impartial judge.

  • Smedley Butler

    Real Russian collusion story:

“According to a White House memo leaked to the Washington Times in March 1996, Clinton and Yeltsin had agreed to support each other in their respective reelection bids.”

“The memo, as quoted in the [Washington] Times, said Clinton pledged to work with Yeltsin to maintain ‘positive’ relations with the United States as both men seek reelection this year. One way to do this, the memo quoted Clinton as saying, is for Yeltsin to stop restricting poultry imports. Clinton said ‘this is a big issue, especially since 40 percent of U.S. poultry is produced in Arkansas,’ the memo said.”

Shout it from the roof tops!

  • Truther_2013

Mueller being sold to America as objective, honest, qualified, and “the only man for the job”. Yeah right; what a joke that is. He’s a Neo-con, and he whitewashed the other Neo-con perps just after 911, having been installed as FBI Director prior to their “New Pearl Harbor” false flag to demonize and make war on Islam. He is their new hatchet man to take down President Trump, nothing more!

  • Truther_2013

Nothing but a diversion to take attention away from the very damning emails leaked from Hillary’s illegal and treasonous server. It is a very common tactic to flood the news with a big story to mask unwanted attention elsewhere. When liberals also own the MSM, it is easy for them to censor and replace news they dislike. Anti-trust monopoly MSM Fake News must be abolished.

  • Duane Kosmicki

It’s not for my ego butthead … Look within your own mind &
The Neurodiversity of free speech of your own attitude towards decency… afortiori? I

  • Not sure if you’re attacking the style of my arguments or if they offend you? By the way it’s “a fortiori” two words

  • brenrod

remember, that comey let bill clinton off the marc rich bribery scandal at the same time, I think he was a deputy AG at the time…. later comey let off hillary same way, before that comey took over for mueller under obama…two partners working together

  • Comey managed DOD bid rigging at Lockheed and money laundering at HSBC….
