The environmental group Greenpeace projected an anti-Donald Trump image onto the U.S. embassy in Berlin after the president announced that he was withdrawing the country from the Paris global warming agreement Thursday.

Greenpeace projected Trump’s silhouette onto the embassy on top of text calling Trump a “#TotalLoser, so sad!”

Trump announced Thursday that he would withdraw the U.S. from the Paris accord, but he also said the U.S. may rejoin the agreement if they can get a fair deal.

German politicians claimed they would double down on the deal now that Trump has left it.

“We in Germany, in Europe and the world will band together to take more decisive action than ever to confront and successfully surmount major challenges to humanity such as climate change,” Angela Merkel, Germany’s chancellor, vowed on Friday.

The former head of Greenpeace criticized the Paris Agreement as not going far enough on the same day that Trump repealed it.

“The Paris accord actually dealt with a very complicated set of politics, power, vested interests and so on,” Kumi Naidoo, the former head of Greenpeace, said in a Thursday interview. “We wanted to get a much more ambitious agreement, with much more clear targets, much more aggressive timelines to get us off our addiction to fossil fuels.”

Despite his own concerns about the agreement, Naidoo claimed that Trump’s withdrawal from it is comparable to “issuing a suicide note for the rest of the world.”
