According to Dreyfuss, America has an “indefensible history of slaughtering Native Americans,” and the team has an “offensive, racist name; a slur against Native Americans.” And … and Dreyfuss’s screeching sounds even more desperate this year, since it turns out that 90% of American Indians decline to be outraged at the Redskins’ name.
George Will recently wrote a column titled, “Be Thankful You Have Something to Grumble About.” It’s not a reminder Mother Jones and the rest of the left needs. As long as there’s America (and at the very least, the Redskins), they’ll have something to hate. – READ MORE
