Liberals Foresee Thousands–or Even Millions–Dying in Wake of AHCA Passage

The House of Representatives on Thursday voted 217 to 213 to pass the American Health Care Act, a Republican bill aimed at repealing Obamacare and replacing it with more conservative reforms to the country’s health care system.

But while Republicans rejoiced at this next step towards repeal, many on the left went on Twitter to lament the impending massacre of thousands, or even millions, of Americans that would result from the AHCA’s passage and the potential repeal of Obamacare.

My oh my, what did we ever do before Obamanotcare. Strange, I don’t remember millions dying in the streets. In my opinion, healthcare was much better beforehand and cheaper too. If the left don’t stop their hysterics over every little thing than maybe we will see millions of leftys keeling over from heart attacks.

What’s even more preposterous is the notion that forcing Americans to purchase government mandated insurance programs somehow equates to health care. I’m betting our once coveted medical industry morphs into a nationwide VA Hospital disaster.

And the GOP should be ashamed of what passed the House today … Representative Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), among the most faithful members of Congress when it comes to obeying his oath of office to the Constitution, noted that the ACHA involves “replacing mandates, subsidies and penalties with mandates, subsidies and penalties.”
