After her “Nasty Woman” shirt campaign took off, comedian Samantha Bee reached her $1 million fundraising mark for Planned Parenthood on Friday.
Bee thanked her supporters for making her “Nasty Woman” T-shirt campaign so successful, and told the Hollywood Reporter that her fans have “really stepped up.”

The TBS host of “Full Frontal with Samantha Bee” said she was “floored” by such a “global response” and noted that former presidential nominee Hillary Clinton had joined the campaign Tuesday. Clinton tweeted out to her followers that they should promote the fundraising activity and buy one of Bee‘s shirts.
