A labor group filed an unfair labor practice charge against the Trump Winery without receiving any complaints from workers, just months after lodging a complaint against the Donald Trump campaign.
The Committee to Preserve the Religious Right to Organize, a coalition of California unions and labor activists that sees union activities as a religious freedom issue, filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) on Dec. 30, news that was first reported by Politico Pro.
