The deployment of additional nuclear-capable bombers to American positions in Guam means US bases in the region will suffer in the event of a military conflict, according to a Wednesday statement from North Korea.
“If the US goes reckless, misjudging the trend of the times and the strategic position of the DPRK, all the US military bases in the operational theatre in the Pacific, including Guam, will face ruin in the face of an all-out and substantial attack mounted by the army of the DPRK,” a North Korean Foreign Ministry spokesperson told the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) in a statement Wednesday. – READ MORE
