For weeks Hillary and President Bill Clinton have been secretly negotiating framework for a potential pardon from President Barack Obama that would spare Hillary from looming criminal indictments, according to Justice Department sources.
Those talks ended late Wednesday, sources said.
The country will know by 11 am Friday of Obama’s decision.
On Wednesday former Rep Michele Bachmann, R-Minn, predicted Obama would surprise the country on Friday with potential presidential pardons for Hillary, Bill and Chelsea Clinton as well as the Clinton Foundation.
